Meditation Circle Class

We will be hosting Amber Lynn to guide our meditation circle Sunday November 17th at 7pm. It will be a 20 minute guided meditation followed by a very informal discussion with the group! All circles will be at the shop Wild Little Roses 7, Perth St, Brockville! If you are planning on attending please be sure to arrive 5 minutes before the meditation starts. Please bring a pillow to sit on and mark yourself as going through our facebook event page!

This is a free circle and is open to newbies or experienced mediators! A perfect place to meet like minded souls!
